Concerning their conflict, in the last 48 hours, I have heard abominable stuff how Serbia is somewhat to blame because they are killing each other there with Serbian weapons. There are no Serbian weapons there.
“The unofficial stories from various parts of Serbia that there were more deaths than we had reported is a grave accusation. Let me tell you why. Because we did not hide any information, not only when the first case was registered but also before that.”
“If we would just count the number of requests only very few citizens are among the applicants for information of public importance.”
“We have removed 16 acts from the agenda by majority voting. I believe this is not a model for us to deal with the urgent procedure, for us to physically win over the government representatives or the government as a whole by majority voting. But we have managed to reduce this percentage from huge 66% to also substantial 44% proposals of the acts, which was the percentage of laws scrutinised under the urgent procedure in the last year.”
“Resolution 1244 does not say anything about Serbia, it’s only about the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.”
“Calculate it yourselves, it’s like you have 500 people at a daily level who are paying all their expenses and everything else. And now tell me, if we can say that they spend 1,000 euros each, then just calculate how much it is – 500,000 a day. But they still spend somewhat less, so we have to give a bigger offer.”
“Precisely 35 MPs occasionally do not want to participate in one part of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia work.”
